Powder is in at first in a complete liquid state, and then transforms into a magnificent powder, giving its special creamy feel to it. With buildable coverage, the powder fusions with skin upon application, for the most lightweight feel. Infused with our Roma-Light ComplexTM, made of ultra-fine light-reflecting pearls, the powder brings a healthy radiant effect in just a swipe.
